Improve your health and fitness with the new Google Fit! With Heart Points, a new activity goal in collaboration with the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the American Heart Association (AHA), you can easily track your progress towards a healthier and more active life.

Heart Points rewards you for every minute of moderate activity, like taking your dog for a walk, and double points for more intense activities like running. It only takes 30 minutes of brisk walking five days a week to reach the recommended physical activity levels shown to reduce the risk of heart disease and improve mental wellbeing.
