Their team collaborates with renowned sports physicians and Olympians worldwide to assist athletes in addressing physical discomforts and reducing the risk of injuries. The app is capable of creating a customized program for an individual’s body and training needs in only 90 seconds. The program includes a range of techniques, such as strength, mobility, and plyometrics, which have been proven to enhance injury resilience. All the content provided in the app is evidence-based and includes exercises that can reduce aches and pains, while also helping to prevent injury, resulting in a stronger and more injury-proof athlete.
Recover Athletics and Strava share an integrated subscription model. Subscribing to Recover Premium will unlock a Strava subscription automatically. Moreover, all Strava subscribers can access Recover Premium for free by logging in with their Strava account.
The app provides a variety of recovery content, including personalized recovery recommendations from a Prehab Coach, a body map to identify areas of discomfort, soreness tracking, and journaling features, as well as recovery routines from professional athletes such as Keira D’Amato, Amity Rockwell, Nell Rojas, and Hillary Allen. Additionally, athletes can browse the app’s full library of movements and create custom routines using the Custom Routine Creation feature. The app also allows athletes to mark their favorite routines by tapping the star icon and provides quick access to them from the home page.
